Shipping
Our shipping fee is $ 12.99 per order which will be converted to the local currency based on your choice. No matter how many items you purchase in your order, the shipping fee will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment.
Your order is usually dispatched within 12-48 hours when your payment is received. We will deliver your order by USPS - Worldwide Express Mail Service (Online Tracking).
Note:
We need you to provide us a detailed shipping address. Please bear in mind that the address you provide must be the right and detailed one, otherwise, we are not responsible for the failed shipping. All our parcels need a signature after you get your parcel. The P.O. Box address is not allowed. Please remember to sign your name after you get your parcel.

The shipping method for your parcel will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail which will also include a tracking number of your parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return & exchange guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us first for further instructions. We are sorry that shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns:
If you want to return your items, please notify us firstly stating the reason and the order number for the return within 7 days of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items MUST be sent back complete with the original package in its original conditions. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
Exchanges:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
Canceling Your Order:
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact our customer service representative as soon as possible. But if your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it.
